Description
Discover the compact SCO2 Series engraver!
Built around a compact base, its form factor will fit into any workshop, from the factory to the sole trader.
It is recommended for working all non-metallic materials. It can operate on wood, plastics, glass and even acrylics to perform all kinds of precision cutting and engraving.
The SCO2 Series offers a 600 mm x 400 mm work area, ideal for small to medium-sized parts. Available powers are 50 and 60 W, which is more than enough to cut wood up to 10 mm thick.
Each machine ships with its own air extraction and filtration system, to keep the overall cost down.
Construction is in welded steel. The laser head is mounted on 12 mm linear rails and driven by NEMA 42 stepper motors.
No qualification is required to operate the machine: its enclosed, secure design, in line with the European Machinery Directive, classifies it as Class 1, i.e. safe for operators.
