Description
The BCL Series laser engraving machines are designed to process large parts in small and medium batches. They nevertheless keep a compact footprint that allows them to fit into most workshops.
One of their key strengths is their large 300x300mm working surface. It allows marking large parts while maintaining an engraving precision suited to most everyday needs. Please note, however, that for very fine engravings or cosmetic parts, we recommend turning to 175x175mm or smaller configurations.
The available powers range from 20W to 200W, enabling light marking, relief engraving, as well as thin metal part cutting. In the case of metal part cutting, we recommend equipping the machine with a compressed air cooling nozzle.
One important point: the BCL Series machines have a fully enclosed design, with an automatic door opening detection system. This design makes them very safe and suitable for use by unqualified operators. Furthermore, their Class 1 classification exempts companies and operators from the costly regulations related to high-power lasers.
Options are available, such as a wide variety of laser tubes, as well as a selection of F-Theta lenses.
