Description
The OL Series laser marking machines are the most versatile in the range. Their open construction allows work on a wide variety of parts, regardless of their size.
The available power levels can mark plastics, wood and metals, but also leather and exotic materials.
Cutting is also possible on thin metal substrates, both ferrous and non-ferrous, as well as on plastics. Note, however, that forced-air cooling is recommended for cutting operations.
Its robust, simple construction ensures great longevity and near-zero maintenance, limited to regular cleaning of the surfaces and the lens.
With a maximum work area of 300 mm by 300 mm, several small parts can be processed simultaneously while keeping engraving precision suitable for all common needs.
Various options are offered, with several power levels, several tube types (MOPA or not) and several lens types. For more information, feel free to contact us.
An intelligent autofocus is available. No more wasting time measuring the distance between the lens and the substrate: just press a button and the machine adjusts itself automatically.
SAFETY WARNING: as this laser is not enclosed, it is subject to Class 4 laser regulations and requires certification and a controlled environment for use.
