Description
The MR Series CNC routers are designed to offer a comfortable work area of 1.3 m by 2.5 m, allowing bulky parts to be processed.
Their welded-and-ground steel construction ensures significant stability. This one-metric-tonne structure absorbs parasitic vibrations when working non-ferrous metals (aluminium, bronze, copper...).
All linear bearings are the recirculating type, made in Taiwan. Motion is managed by an NC Studio controller, with a Mach3 model available as an option.
Maintenance is simplified thanks to an oil pump providing automatic lubrication of the critical components. Only regular cleaning is recommended to keep the machine in optimal condition.
Several options are available, such as a vacuum table, a dust extraction system, or higher-power spindles / servomotors.
Only limitation: working ferrous metals. For that we recommend turning to the SCS Series CNC mills or the MCS miniature machining centre.
